Sterling's Hammer Construction (SHC) is a Windhoek-based construction and housing company. We build with light steel frame technology, tailor every specification to the client, and coordinate the financing that makes the project possible.
We focus on people who have been left out of conventional finance, because owning a home should be a possibility for everyone, not a privilege for a few.

Work only moves forward once each gate is signed off, and every correction is recorded. You get the paperwork at handover.

Approved drawings and your sign-off: loads, member and connection schedules, foundation reactions, coatings.

Member IDs, dimensions, base-metal thickness, grade and coating records, correct fasteners, no damage.

Before enclosure
Alignment, bearing, bracing, connections, anchors, roof tie-downs and service openings, all recorded.

As-built information, certificates, inspection records, maintenance instructions and written warranties.
